SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – Following the robbery of a woman on Tuesday, KRON 4’s Stanley Roberts decided to pay a visit to Sixth and Market Streets.

Stanley spotted a man who was sleeping in the driver’s seat of a van. When he looked a little closer, he made a surprising discovery. Three lines of a white powdery substance were on the center console inside the car. As he continued to film, he saw a man open the door of the car and steal the man’s wallet.

While there is talk of putting a police substation on Sixth Street, for now the area is as sketchy as it gets, residents told Stanley.
