SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - San Francisco police say a man and woman were shot and killed as they sat in a parked car.

The shooting in the city's Silver Terrace neighborhood on Wednesday night left a third person, identified only as a 27-year-old man, wounded. His injuries are considered non-life threatening.

Police identified the shooting victims as 39-year-old Allen Vance and 20-year-old Chastity Dollison, both of San Francisco. According to police, someone approached their car around 10:20 p.m. and opened fire.

Dollison died at the scene. Vance was pronounced dead at San Francisco General Hospital.
